Buy the default restock now: nitrile gloves 200 count 4 mil (paid link) · suncaddy-20
Already know your size? Medium box: nitrile gloves medium 200 (paid link) · suncaddy-20
This is not a ranked list. I did not run twelve glove brands on a lab. The decision is operational: you are empty before Monday, so buy a 200-count 4-mil powder-free nitrile box in your size — not a drugstore 40-count that dies mid-route.
Count remaining gloves still in the box. An opened carton with a dusty dozen is empty. Brand logos on the listing photo are noise. Pack size and mil rating are the buy.
What to look for
Name the pack. Ignore the brand color in the listing photo.
1. 200-count, 4-mil, powder-free nitrile
This is the overnight restock for a solo residential book. 4-mil holds for wet bathrooms and daily spray without feeling like a shop glove. Powder-free, because powder ends up on dark paint and on a client’s towel stack. 200-count lasts a weekly route for one person — often weeks, not days — unless you double-glove or you just did a move-out week.
2. Your actual size on the box (S / M / L / XL)
“One size” is how a cuff rolls and tears at the third house. Buy the size you wear. If you work with someone else, that is a second box with a second size written on the lid — not a mixed pile in one carton.
3. One open box in the caddy, one sealed spare
Two boxes at par is plenty when you are restocking tonight. One in the caddy, one sealed in the closet. Four club boxes because the unit price looked friendly is trunk clutter, not a win.
4. Prime / same-day if you are truly empty
If Monday’s route is real and the box is empty, delivery timing matters more than brand. Search the pack size first. Then pick a listing that arrives before you leave. Do not wait for a boutique brand to ship on Wednesday.
What to skip
- 40-count drugstore boxes. You will buy them again Tuesday and still run out.
- Latex, if any house on the book has a latex note. Nitrile avoids that whole conversation.
- Vinyl that splits when wet. Cheap until the third bathroom.
- Colored “fashion” kitchen gloves in 20-counts. Those are for a sink, not a route.
Sunday-cap note
Gloves come before polish. If you are out tonight, buy the empty glove line and leave the extra pads. Raise par for a known heavy week (deep, move-out, dust-out), then put par back. Do not change the number forever because of one Saturday.
Put “nitrile, 4-mil, 200, size ___” on the supply tab so you do not re-decide the spec in the aisle. Longer pack-size notes live on the nitrile gloves page.
